Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: B-66, Sector 2, Block B, Near Noida Sector 15 Metro Station, Noida
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
We are looking for a detail-oriented and multitasking Back Office Executive to join our team at FASHASTIC ATTIRES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily business operations, handling data management, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will play an essential role in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in our back-end operations while supporting the growth of the organization.
Data Management: Maintain and update records, customer databases, and internal documents accurately.
Order & Inventory Coordination: Support order processing, maintain stock/inventory records, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for smooth operations.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and organize invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other essential company documentation.
Customer Support (Non-Voice): Handle email queries, respond to customer messages, and provide timely updates to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal departments (sales, accounts, and operations) to ensure workflow efficiency.
MS Office & Excel Management: Prepare MIS reports, analyze data, and assist management in decision-making.
Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure proper filing of documents in line with company policies and assist in audits when required.
Multitasking Support: Assist in small administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and supporting HR/recruitment activities whenever needed.
Proven experience in back-office operations or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience in E-commerce or Apparel Industry back-office operations.
Knowledge of basic accounting and GST-related documentation.
Familiarity with CRM tools or ERP systems.
