Communicate fluently in English with potential customers over the phone
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
Use MS Excel efficiently for data entry and reporting
Write professional emails and coordinate internally when needed
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge is required
Must have good command over MS Excel (filters, formulas, basic data handling)
Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
