Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and documentation required by management.
Assist in drafting and verifying agreements, invoices, and other real estate documents.
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, HR, marketing, sales) for smooth workflow.
Manage data entry, lead allocation, and ensure accuracy of information shared with clients.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, etc.
Track and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely requisition.
Support the digital team with uploading property details, project information, and client updates on portals/CRM.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and compliance with policies.
