Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive , The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, or chat. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills
