Key Responsibilities:

Telesales:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automation products (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, etc.)

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries received via calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media.

• Understand customer requirements and share product offers, specifications, and pricing.

• Coordinate with the field sales team for order closures and appointment scheduling.

• Maintain and update the CRM/database with call logs and customer details.

Back Office:

• Prepare and share quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales documents.

• Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and follow-up with vendors/customers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and deliveries in Excel or ERP system.

• Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer inquiries at the office.

• Support the sales team in daily administrative and documentation tasks.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal & written in English and Hindi)

• Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive ability

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Basic understanding of industrial products (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telesales/back office/sales coordination

• Candidates from electrical/automation background will be preferred

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
