Urgent requirement of NDR Executive ( Immediate joiner)
Job Description:
The NDR Executive is responsible for managing undelivered shipments, identifying delivery issues, and ensuring successful redelivery or return of orders. The role involves coordinating with courier partners, contacting customers for address confirmation or delivery preferences, and updating order statuses in the system to reduce return-to-origin (RTO) cases and improve delivery success rates.
Key Responsibilities
1. communicate with customers to gather additional information (if needed) about delivery issues, such as missed deliveries or incorrect delivery details.
2. Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their deliveries and resolutions.
3. Liaise with delivery partners (third-party courier services, fleet teams) to confirm delivery attempts and reasons for failures.
4.Coordinate with customers or delivery teams to ensure orders are successfully re-delivered or refunded as per company policies.
5. Provide insights to improve delivery processes, reduce NDR occurrences, and enhance customer experience.
6.Suggest solutions to enhance communication between the customer support, logistics, and operations teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. 1-4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or delivery-based industry.
2. Experience in managing NDRs or delivery confirmation processes is highly preferred.
3.Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues and effectively resolve NDR problems.
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers.
5.Strong commitment to customer service and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for the customer.
