Job Responsibility
· Data Management: Handling data entry, organizing records, and ensuring data accuracy.
· Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
· Financial Support: Supporting accounting and finance activities, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance.
· Communication: Facilitating communication between departments and ensuring information is disseminated effectively.
· Process Improvement: Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
· Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries and providing support as needed.
· Documentation: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files.
