We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage data entry, maintain records, and handle back-end operational tasks using Microsoft Excel and other tools. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and basic knowledge of MS Office.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel spreadsheets and company databases.
Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, formulas, etc.).
Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification.
Maintain confidential company information securely.
Assist in general back-office tasks as required.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & MS Office.
Basic computer knowledge and internet usage skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
