We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing data, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth backend processes that enable the company to function efficiently.
Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases with accuracy.
Handle data entry, updating, and verification across systems.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Assist in financial record keeping, billing, and invoice processing.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
Support HR/Recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, etc.
Monitor and respond to emails, queries, and communications in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
