Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity,
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and organization from multiple sources.
- Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Macros) for analysis and reporting.
- Reporting & MIS:
Prepare and distribute accurate, timely Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Develop dashboards and summaries for business and operational insights.
- Administrative Support:
Handle routine back-office tasks: data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and filing.
Coordinate with various departments (Front Office, Sales, Operations) to gather data and streamline workflows.
