The Back Office Executive (International Process) is responsible for supporting international operations by managing administrative tasks, processing data, ensuring accuracy of information, and maintaining effective communication with global clients or internal teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, and familiarity with international business practices and time zones.
Perform data entry, record maintenance, and document verification for international clients.
Process orders, invoices, payments, and other operational transactions accurately and on time.
Coordinate with international clients and internal departments via email or CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Analyze and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries as required.
Handle queries and escalations from international clients efficiently and professionally.
Support the team in achieving process SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
