• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other back-end tasks

• Respond to emails, phone calls, and follow-up tasks as directed

• Ensure timely completion of all assigned work with accuracy

• Support HR, accounts, and operations team as needed

• Perform basic administrative duties like filing, scanning, and printing

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email, etc.)

• Good written and verbal communication

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in a back office or admin role is an advantage
