We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily business operations by managing administrative, data, and coordination tasks. The role focuses on ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate record-keeping, and timely support to front-office and operational teams.
Perform data entry, data verification, and database management with high accuracy.
Maintain records, files, and documentation in physical and digital formats.
Process invoices, forms, reports, and other internal documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to support operational requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
Monitor emails and internal communication channels and respond appropriately.
Assist in compliance, audit, and quality-control activities.
