Role Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive (Female) to support our daily operations through data entry.
email drafting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint, possess good communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Freshers
are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle back office operations efficiently and accurately.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and database management.
Draft and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Make and receive calls for coordination and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with attention to detail.
Any additional soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, or organizational skills will be considered an advantage.
Key Requirements:
Any bachelor's degree.
MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint (mandatory).
Good verbal and written communication.
Freshers are welcome.
