Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive to manage the tendering process for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and preparing tender responses, managing tender timelines, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the tendering process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful submissions.

2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and inputs for tender responses.

3. Prepare and edit tender documents, including proposals, bids, and presentations.

4. Conduct research and analyse market trends to inform tender strategies.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

6. Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including regulatory and contractual obligations.

7. Manage tender timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.

8. Analyse tender results and provide feedback to improve future tender submissions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tender management or a related field.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a related industry (e.g., construction, IT, etc.).

2. Certification in tender management or a related field (e.g., CIPS, etc.).

3. Familiarity with tender management software and tools.
