Job Description for the position of Corporate Relations Executive
Reporting To: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Salary Range: Based on Interview
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Stream)
Experience: Up to 1 year (Freshers are also welcome)
Must have working knowledge of PowerPoint presentations
Handling client service and backend operations
Serve as the direct point of contact for customer queries
Liaising and following up with clients and developers
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Proficient in using and navigating the internet effectively
Skilled in identifying and shortlisting properties online
Preparing and maintaining Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Creating and maintaining MIS reports and generating required reports
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
