Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center

• Manage admissions, student records, and documentation efficiently

• Handle front-desk operations, including phone calls, inquiries, and parent communication

• Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management to ensure smooth functioning

• Manage staff attendance, schedules, and basic support

• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols

• Maintain inventory of school supplies, learning materials, and daycare essentials

• Assist in event planning and parent engagement activities

• Prepare and share reports with management as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in administration (experience in preschool/daycare/education sector preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations

• Ability to handle parents, staff, and children with professionalism and empathy

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of social media handling
