We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft Excel to support our data management and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data with a high level of accuracy.
Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, including formulas, charts, pivot tables, and filters
Clean and validate data for accuracy and completeness
Organize files and maintain records of completed work
Generate reports based on Excel data as needed
Assist the team with other administrative and clerical tasks
