We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Support Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, support dispatch and billing operations, manage Excel reports, assist the sales team with order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between departments and clients.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and attend walk-in clients professionally.
Support dispatch and billing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update Excel reports and other sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with clients for order confirmation, delivery, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer service.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Ensure smooth communication between sales, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Manage basic administrative and support tasks related to daily operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of dispatch, billing, and customer handling.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
1–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or dispatch handling preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or trading industry will be an added advantage.
