We are looking for Telecalling Executive / Back Office Coordinator for Mankhurd Location .
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or lead generation.
Handle inbound customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Share relevant information and resolve basic queries.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Polite and customer-friendly attitude
