Back Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Back Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining accurate records.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Data Management:•
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company data.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting as required.
2. •Document Management:•
- Organize, maintain, and update company documents and files.
- Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
- Provide support in document retrieval and archiving.
3. •Operational Support:•
- Assist in coordinating daily operations, including logistics and supply chain management.
- Support the operations team in managing workflows and tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
4. •Vendor Management:•
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of goods/services.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage vendor invoices and payments.
5. •Administrative Support:•
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
•Requirements:•
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back office or operations role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
