We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination between different departments. Since the role may require field visits for documentation, client coordination, and bank-related work, the candidate must possess a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
Manage and maintain records, files, and documents.
Perform data entry, data verification, and ensure accuracy of reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and operations.
Handle client communication through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Support in preparing MIS reports, invoices, and other back-office activities.
Ensure timely submission and collection of required documents.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must own a bike with valid driving license.
Previous experience in back-office, operations, or administrative role preferred.
