​Back Office Coordinator
​We're looking for an organized and proactive Back Office Coordinator to be the central hub of our operations. You'll coordinate with the factory, vendors, and our internal team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Communication: Act as the main point of contact between our office, factory, and all vendors.
​Logistics: Track deliveries and provide timely updates to the team.
​Inventory: Keep our stock list updated and accurate.
​Online Sales: Help manage and process online orders.
​Administration: Assist with general office tasks and data entry.
​What We're Looking For:
​Great communication and organizational skills.
​Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
​Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
​A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
