We are looking for a Back Office Process Coordinator to join our team Helplab Healthcare pvt. ltd. The role involves to manage backend operations, order management, and sales team support. The role involves coordinating with stockiest, ensuring smooth dispatches, maintaining records, and providing strong support to the sales & operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stockists & ensure smooth order booking & dispatch.
Share schemes, product updates & handle customer queries.
Maintain pending orders, ledgers & daily reports.
Support sales team with communication, incentives & follow-ups.
Follow up on outstanding payments & customer feedback
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is BBA, B.pharma, MBA and M. pharma. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
