Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of various business process flowcharts. This role involves coordinating tasks, sharing relevant information with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of each step in the workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all steps in process flowcharts across departments
Ensure timelines and tasks are followed as per the defined process
Communicate relevant information to all parties involved in the workflow
Monitor progress and ensure thorough completion of all assigned tasks
Maintain records and updates related to process flow
