We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Coordinator to support our sales, operations, and service teams. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Documentation & Data Management
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
Maintain customer databases, vendor records, and internal files.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with sales, accounts, production, and service teams for order execution.
Handle email/phone communication with customers and vendors.
Follow up on pending payments, orders, and deliveries.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, dispatches, and logistics coordination.
Assist management with daily schedules, reports, and follow-ups.
Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance records and joining formalities (if required).
Customer & Vendor Support
Share product information, quotations, and updates with customers.
Handle after-sales coordination, service complaints, and installation scheduling.
Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
1–3 years of experience in back office / coordination / administration (manufacturing, trading, or EV industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email drafting, and ERP/CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
