Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily backend development activities and ensure tasks are executed as per timelines.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring backend project milestones.
• Communicate project progress, blockers, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and development schedules.
• Work closely with backend developers to track requirements, changes, and deliverOrganizel
• Organize and lead team stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and review sessions.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between backend, frontend, QA, and deployment teams.
• Support in gathering client requirements and translating them into technical tasks.
• Monitor project risks and help implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate testing, debugging, and deployment activities with relevant teams.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
