Key Responsibilities:
AMC Follow-up:
Coordinate and follow up with customers regarding Annual Maintenance Contract renewals, ensuring timely reminders and contract processing. Maintain AMC schedules and update records accordingly.
Coordination with Office Technicians:
Liaise with office technicians to schedule maintenance visits, service calls, or installations as per customer requirements and AMC schedules. Communicate any customer issues or feedback to technicians and ensure timely resolution.
Basic Accounting Work
Daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting.
