Handle day-to-day office administrative and back-office tasks.
Prepare and maintain data in Excel and Word formats.
Draft and send official emails professionally.
Maintain and update customer payment records and ledgers.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding collections and payment follow-ups.
Attend and respond to incoming phone calls and customer inquiries politely.
Support the sales/service teams with documentation and coordination.
Manage office files, records, and correspondence systematically.
Perform other routine office duties as assigned.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
Good telephone and call etiquette.
Basic accounting and ledger entry knowledge.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Mandatory: English and Kannada
Preferred: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
Immediate joiners preferred.
Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
