We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team and support daily operations. The role involves handling data entry in Excel, managing customer support calls for our e-commerce (Amazon) customers, and maintaining accurate customer data records. Full training will be provided at the office.
Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Office.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language).
Ability to manage customer queries politely and professionally.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
