Profile : Billing & Coordinator
Location: Subhash Nagar, New Delhi
Salary: Upto 3 LPA (Depends on Interview)

one of India's leading electrical and power distribution equipment brands. We’re seeking a dynamic Coordinator to manage daily operations, ensure smooth distributor communication, and handle essential documentation processes from our Subhash Nagar office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with distributor channels for orders, dispatch, and inventory updates
• Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices, and related billing documentation
• Regularly follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Handle order processing, payment updates, and basic logistics coordination
• Communicate effectively via email and calls with a professional and customer-centric approach
• Maintain records and documentation with accuracy and clarity
• Assist senior staff with day-to-day coordination and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
• Male candidate with 2– 4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Prior experience in handling invoices and coordination roles is a plus
• Well-organized, punctual, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with electrical or industrial products will be an added advantage
