Key Responsibilities for Back Office :
1. Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and after-sales services for isolators.
2. Prepare and send quotations, technical documents, and service proposals.
3. Maintain and update customer and inquiry records in the CRM or ERP system.
4. Process sales and service orders, coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for dispatch and availability.
5. Support the field sales and service teams by providing updated price lists, product information, and service schedules.
6. Track service orders and coordinate follow-ups for pending issues or service closures.
7. Generate periodic sales and service performance reports for management review.
8. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status, delays, or changes.
9. Maintain records of warranty, service agreements, and customer interactions.
10. Work closely with the technical and service departments to ensure product compatibility and client satisfaction.
