We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Admin (Female) to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle basic accounting tasks and telesales support. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn and grow.
1. Accounting Support
Maintain daily records of expenses, sales, and receipts.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase entries, and payment follow-ups.
Support in reconciling accounts and preparing simple financial reports.
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required.
2. Telesales & Customer Communication
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information.
Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets through consistent calling and coordination.
Female candidate, fresher to 6 months of experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally/Excel knowledge is a plus).
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].
Confident, polite, and professional on phone calls.
Ability to multitask and manage records efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Training in accounting and telesales.
