Handle daily administrative tasks, including opening and closing the office, while ensuring the workplace remains clean, safe and well-maintained.
Manage office supplies and housekeeping materials inventory, placing timely orders as required.
Oversee periodic maintenance of office equipment and appliances, including AC, TV, refrigerator and microwave oven.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Support the Face-to-Face (F2F) team by assigning, tracking and maintaining fundraising materials.
Maintain and monitor petty cash, providing support to the City Manager as needed.
Greet and assist candidates and visitors for interviews in a professional and welcoming manner.
Maintain accurate and confidential records, databases and documentation.
Conduct periodic checks of fundraising materials inventory and stock to ensure proper maintenance.
Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams, including processing expense reports and tracking attendance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the City Manager to support smooth and efficient office operations.
