Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  ♦Prepare and manage Excel sheets, BOQs, and quotations

  ♦Draft professional emails and handle communication

  ♦Assist in negotiations and vendor coordination

  ♦Support basic IT/technical tasks and system handling

  ♦Maintain office records and documentation

  ♦Work on GeM portal (preferred)

  Requirements:

  ♦IT and technical knowledge is must

  ♦Proficient in MS Excel, documentation & email writing

  ♦Good English communication and interpersonal skills

  ♦Knowledge of BOQ, quotation handling, and office systems

  ♦Experience with GeM portal is a plus

  1–3 years of relevant experence

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
