Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information, insurance policies, and mutual fund transactions into the system.
Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, including application forms, policy documents, and client correspondence.
Client Support: Handle routine client inquiries related to insurance policies and mutual funds, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Transaction Processing: Assist in processing insurance policy renewals, claims, and mutual fund transactions, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on policy status, fund performance, and client transactions for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation and procedures adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordination: Liaise with other departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
Basic understanding of financial products (insurance and mutual funds)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
