The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of internal office processes. The role involves handling documentation, data management, coordination with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain and update records, databases, and files accurately
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required
Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
Handle data entry and ensure confidentiality of information
Assist in process improvement and compliance with company policies
