Handling day-to-day back-office operations and documentation.
Data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate files.
Preparing reports, MIS, and assisting in documentation for internal/external purposes.
Coordinating with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Assisting in administrative activities like handling emails, calls, and follow-ups.
Supporting the management team in operational and clerical tasks.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality of information.
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred).
0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers can also apply).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
