Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, provide hospitality, assist employees, manage incoming and outgoing courier, and handle basic administrative tasks including attending phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Hospitality:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.

  • Offer water, tea, or refreshments as needed.

• Administrative Support:

  • Assist employees with office errands and minor administrative tasks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and common areas.

• Courier Management:

  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming courier and mail.

  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing courier packages.

• Phone Handling:

  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls courteously.

  • Take and relay messages accurately.

• Other Duties:

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform Admin/HR for replenishment.

  • Support in organizing meetings, documents, or events as needed.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
