Job Overview:
MG Advertising is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant for Print Media to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing data processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our print media projects, and providing vital administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Maintain and organize accurate data specific to print media projects, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accessible for team use.
Information Verification: Verify and validate information related to print advertisements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure high-quality output.
Records Management: Manage both digital and physical records related to print media campaigns, ensuring efficient and secure access for the team.
Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support across departments, assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and general office tasks to enhance productivity.
Reporting: Generate regular reports related to print media projects and campaigns, summarizing findings and supporting decision-making for internal teams.
Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive data with the highest level of integrity, ensuring compliance with company privacy and security standards.
