Role & responsibilities
1. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
Calling and scheduling meetings with Interior Designers, Architects, and Specifiers.
Maintaining and updating appointment records.
Following up on scheduled meetings to ensure timely execution.
2. Sales Coordination
Assisting the sales team with documentation and follow-ups.
Maintaining sales reports and updating customer databases.
Coordinating with dealers and clients for order updates.
3. Recruitment Support
Assisting in hiring for entry-level positions.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Maintaining candidate records and updating hiring status.
4. Basic Invoicing & Quotation Preparation
Preparing quotations and invoices using Microsoft Excel.
Ensuring accuracy in pricing and documentation.
Maintaining proper records of quotations and invoices.
