Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification and Analysis:
Monitoring online and offline tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, e-tender portals) for relevant opportunities.
Document Preparation:
Compiling, preparing, and coordinating bid submission documents, including technical and financial proposals.
E-Tendering:
Preparing and managing documents for e-tendering platforms.
Client Communication:
Managing communication with clients, responding to inquiries, and following up on submissions.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinating with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, etc.) and external suppliers to gather necessary information.
Bid Strategy and Proposal Development:
Developing effective bidding strategies, creating compelling presentations, and ensuring compliance with tender guidelines.
Contract Negotiation:
Assisting in the negotiation and finalization of contract terms.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of bid documents, communications, and contracts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with tendering processes, e-procurement platforms, and relevant regulations.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze tender documents, assess requirements, and develop winning strategies.
