This is a full-time remote role for office assistant. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks.
Qualifications
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records
Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
