We are seeking a Back Office Executive to handle administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves managing records, processing data, and coordinating with different departments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Process and verify documents for accuracy.
Prepare and maintain reports for management.
Provide administrative support to front-office and operational teams.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Handle confidential company and client information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
