We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support front office operations, and ensure smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and record maintenance
Handling documentation, reports, and spreadsheets
Managing emails and internal communication
Coordinating with different departments as needed
Maintaining databases and filing systems
Assisting with inventory and billing (if applicable)
Performing quality checks on data and reports
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fast typing speed with accuracy
Basic understanding of administrative procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Prior experience in back office or admin roles is a plus
Working Hours: [timing 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM]
Working Days: [Monday to Saturday]
