· Monitor and review the daily work, targets, and follow-ups of the sales team.
· Ensure sales activities are completed accurately, effectively, and on time.
· Keep regular check on stock levels, inward, outward, and transfer entries.
· Supervise dispatch, purchase, and other operational departments for smooth workflow.
· Investigate and resolve issues like missing inventory, missing enquiries, or incorrect information.
· Cross-check data and entries across Google Sheets, Tally, and other internal records.
· Take regular updates from concerned departments and ensure data is correct or get it rectified.
· Coordinate between sales, warehouse, dispatch, and purchase teams to maintain accuracy and timelines.
· Ensure all dispatches are processed properly and documented.
· Assist the General Manager in reporting, coordination, and operational follow-ups.
· Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports for management review.
· Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
