Experience and knowledge in Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Scanners etc. troubleshooting (Microsoft Windows).
Experience and knowledge in Remotely Managing desktops, laptops, printers, firewalls and network devices.
Experience and knowledge in patch and anti-virus updating.
Experience and knowledge in windows server installation and managing all versions. Experience in server and client level backup configurations.
Basic knowledge in SQL server installation and backup configurations. Providing support for Desktop / Laptop / Server onsite and remotely.
Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc-) Creating and configuring E-Mail ID’s in Google apps.
Structured cabling system – rack side and user side (socket and patch cable). Knowledge of Smart Devices (BBs, iPhone, iPads - etc)
Maintenance & upkeep of all the assets and components of the IT Infrastructure (Servers, Virtual Servers, Lan/VAN, Network Switches, VOIP, Firewall, Access Points & Routers, CCTV, PCs, Workstations, Remote Support Administration, etc.)
Upgrading network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
Installing and configuring of Windows Server (All versions)
Maintaining documents and records pertaining to IT infrastructure and services.
Ensuring compliance of IT infrastructure to organizations systems and applicable laws and regulations.
Basic knowledge for configuring and maintaining G Suite/Office 365 Experience in Kaseya remote management tool is an advantage.
