We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Admin Executive. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an admin executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Location: Brookefield, Bangalore
Job Mode: Onsite
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities :
- Receive, sort and coordinate incoming calls / mail / courier.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank and other work as required.
- Maintain office files and storage systems, fax, scan and copy documents.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, meetings or events etc for the upper management and staff.

- Handle accounts related activities and petty cash.

- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

- Manage reception and provide general support to the visitors.

- Assist in planning and arranging events including organising catering.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS power point) internet and email.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
