We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our team at Security Shoppe India Pvt Ltd. The role involves handling tender procedures, bid preparation, and contract management, along with managing GeM portal operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end tender procedures and bid preparation.
Handle GeM portal operations including bidding, cataloguing, and reverse/forward auctions.
Draft letters, emails, and communication for customers as well as vendors.
Coordinate and support in contract management and client relationship handling.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Maintain records and prepare reports as required.
Job Requirements:
Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred in B.Com).
4–5 years of relevant experience in tendering and administration.
Strong knowledge of tendering processes (GeM portal preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and GeM portal.
