Role Overview:
We are looking for a Admin Executive to assist the Admin Head in daily operations, client communication, and office coordination. This role will ensure smooth workflow, faster turnaround on tasks, and timely support to the sales & design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in checking & replying to client emails under Admin Head’s guidance.
Prepare and format quotations in Excel/Word.
Coordinate with designers for artwork status and share updates with clients.
Help in tender search, documentation, and submissions.
Maintain records of client interactions, quotes, and approvals.
Follow up with clients/vendors for pending documents, approvals, or payments.
Handle basic office admin work like filing, documentation, and calls.
Support in preparing MIS reports for management.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream), preferably with 1–2 years of admin/office support experience.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
